The traditional approach to leadership development is failing Australia.

As a result of the end of the resources investment boom, Australian organisations and their leaders face unprecedented challenges: they must think more innovatively and strategically, and they must work harder to engage employees and demonstrate their own integrity. Maximus’ analysis shows that the current state of leadership development in Australia is not sufficient to meet these challenges and could be failing to position the country for the future. Australian companies may be running out of ideas.
