Laura leads a portfolio of clients at Maximus, focusing on supporting leaders to adapt and grow through shifting mindsets and ensuring new ways of leading are embedded in daily practice. She is committed to enabling leaders and their teams to be future ready and deal with the ever-increasing complexity of change that leaders face. She combines her specialist knowledge in Organisational Psychology with a deep level of practical application and business acumen, delivering lasting and impactful change.
Prior to joining Maximus in her consulting roles, Laura has delivered in-depth leadership assessments and coaching for development and selection at a senior executive level, and designed and facilitated workshops for HR and senior leaders with a focus on Leadership and talent. Laura has a broad range of consultancy experience across industries including FMCG, Media, Financial Services, Energy, Technology and Government, as well as extensive international experience in the UK, Australia, USA, India, and throughout Europe.
Laura is originally from the UK and since moving to Sydney she has embraced the Australian lifestyle; she is a keen Ocean Swimmer and is an active Surf Life Saver at her local club. Beyond the water, she has a passion for technology and how it can be leveraged to drive positive change and impact in both business and communities.
