With more than 10 years’ experience working with some of the largest businesses in the world, James brings a global mindset and FTSE10 training to his role as Head of Innovation, Offerings and Marketing at Maximus. As well as Australia, James has helped innovate, build capability and grow brands in Africa, the Americas, and across Europe.
With a professional upbringing in insights, research and strategy, James brings a client and consumer-centric viewpoint. He combines strategic thinking with a practical approach to growth, innovation and communications to ensure true, impactful and enduring change in organisations.
James brings a particular specialisation in change management and digital transformation. He has built and implemented digital, social, and communications strategies at a global, regional and local level, spanning B2C and B2B marketing, ecommerce, corporate communications and talent acquisition. He has trained and designed transformative learning experiences for marketing and sales teams across the world.
Outside of the office, James is an active free-skier, surfer, and explorer. He also has a keen interest in music, art and culture.
