Huw has partnered with numerous senior executives to develop their transformational leadership capability.
Huw has held consulting and in-house leadership roles where his experience and skillset intersected strategy, change, sales, marketing, innovation and leadership. Huw’s authentic, practical style and passion for collaboration has enabled tangible outcomes for hundreds of leaders, their employees, customers, shareholders and the community.
With multi-industry experience in banking, media, telecommunications, mining, professional services, technology, health and public service, Huw has broad exposure to different business models, organisational cultures and structures, market/social forces, value streams and technologies that he draws upon to bring value to clients.
Outside his role at Maximus, Huw is a non-executive board director for Living My Way Ltd, a not-for-profit that offers services and empowers people with disability to take control of their lives. He is also a long-time partner of The Smith Family, voluntarily mentoring disadvantaged kids over the past nine years.
