A leading pharmaceutical organisation came to Maximus to ensure their next generation of leaders were identified and prepared to take on the leadership challenges of a changing climate ahead.

The solution

To accelerate the emerging leader’s performance, the project involved a number of stages including:

  • Identification of high potential leaders who have the desire and capability to succeed in a management role
  • Development of a learning centre solution to challenge and ‘stretch’ participants
  • Provision of constructive and valuable development planning to facilitate individual’s ongoing development in line with their career potential
  • A framework for the organisation to assess future management potential on an ongoing basis

Given the solution is focused on future leaders, it is ongoing and is revisited each year.
