Vanessa has managed and facilitated organisational change projects, successfully established coaching cultures, developed high performance benchmarking projects and develops, delivers and manages a broad range of leadership and sales development solutions across both Australia and New Zealand.

Over the past 15 years, Vanessa has partnered with some of the largest companies in Australia to improve their sales capability. Vanessa adopts a hands on approach to improving the processes, methodologies and skills to ensure that they have the necessary capability to achieve their business goals, and ultimately improve their bottom line.

Vanessa’s portfolio of clients includes Coca-Cola Amatil, News Digital Media, BNP Paribas, Eli-Lilly, Boral, McKesson, Department of Housing, Resmed and Rothschild. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Psychology. She is registered with the NSW Psychology Board, and is an experienced and accredited facilitator.
