As Director of Maximus, Brent has been requested to consult and develop many of Australia’s top senior leaders and executives. With more than 15 years consulting experience, Brent’s strategic and pragmatic approach ensures that he delivers lasting business results through commercial insight, behavioural development and process change.

Brent works in partnership with Maximus clients across Australia, New Zealand and Asia to discover and analyse gaps in their business and in turn is able to deliver real value, and return on investment, through a broad range of human performance solutions. His core capabilities are in executive and senior leadership development, strategy planning and execution, and sales leadership.

During Brent’s career he has worked across a wide variety of sectors, adding value to an impressive list of clients including: News Limited, QBE, Marsh, Corrs lawyers, ING, NIB, Tabcorp, and Pfizer. With Brent’s cutting edge, yet practical techniques, Brent always ensures that his client’s achieve their desired result.

Brent has completed executive education on organisational strategy at Stanford and has wide range of professional accreditations. He is a licensed facilitator of the Integrity Selling Sales Program, the Hermann Brain Dominance Indicator (HBDI) and the Balance Scorecard.
