Ant has a diverse background as a Psychologist, Facilitator and Business Speaker. Ant’s impressive career has seen him undertaking a broad range of challenges, including advancing human performance in sport and business with international consulting assignments to Super 14 Rugby Teams and World Championship athletes. This culminated with a role in Europe as the Director of an international sports team competing on the prestigious motoGP world circuit for motorcycle racing.

With Maximus International, Ant is working across a number of key accounts including Estée Lauder, QBE Insurance Asia, Tabcorp and Fox Interactive Media. During Ant’s career he has worked across a broad range of business environments adding value to an impressive list of business and sports clients including BHP Billiton, Coca-Cola Amatil, NZ Home Loans, the Natal Sharks, France Yamaha and The Waikato Chiefs. With a flair for the design of unique training solutions, Ant has also managed large scale outdoor-experiential programs for Caltex Australia, Citibank Asia Pacific and the National Australia Bank.

Applying what he preaches on peak performance, Ant competes in breathhold diving, a sport where the sole purpose is to see who can reach the greatest depth in the ocean on a single breath of air. With a breathhold of 8 minutes, Ant is currently ranked World #3 in one of the toughest disciplines in the sport. Often requested as a speaker, Ant has delivered keynote presentations to conferences across New Zealand and Australia for clients such as Telecom NZ, Westpac, Roche and AMP.

In terms of formal qualifications, Ant holds a Bachelor of Physical Education (Honours) and a Masters degree in Psychology (Distinction). He is a registered psychologist and is a certified user of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI).
