Mandy’s 20 year career has included local and international experience across industries such as Retail, Financial Services, Professional Services and IT.  Her exposure has given her in depth experience in Consulting, Human Resources, Organizational Development and Adult Learning.

Mandy’s exposure in consulting spans clients such as QBE, Suncorp, KPMG, Accenture, Fox Interactive Media, ANSTO and BNP Paribas.  Her focus is around the development and enhancement of people in organizations with a passion for enabling individuals to better understand themselves and in turn help others to grow.   

Within Maximus International Mandy plays an integral role in ensuring the organizations’ development offerings fit the unique needs of our clients.  She works across the full range of Maximus solutions with a wealth of expertise in leadership development, coaching, performance appraisal, recruitment and selection, as well as talent retention and management initiatives.

Mandy holds a Degree in Bachelor of Science and Honours in Economics.  She has a Certificate IV in Work Place Training and Assessment and a number of current accreditations including Conflict Dynamics and Covey Facilitation.
