Craig is an Organisational Development Consultant with experience in people development, change management and talent management. This experience has allowed him to provide thought leadership and credibility to his business consulting, as well as to the various development solutions in which he has been involved.

Craig has worked in a number of different business environments, both in Australia and South Africa, including Financial Services, Media, Retail and Local Government. This broad exposure has allowed him to work within all levels of organisations across a variety of international clients.

Within Maximus International, Craig plays a central part in developing and tailoring development solutions to ensure their fit to the needs of clients. He currently works across a wide range of Maximus solutions, with extensive expertise in performance management, people development and talent and change management initiatives.

Craig holds a Masters degree in Business Management (University of Johannesburg), a BCom degree in Industrial Psychology (University of Natal) and a BCom (Hons) in Human Resource Development (University of Johannesburg).  In addition, he holds additional qualifications in Organisational Development, Change Management and Learning Facilitation. Craig is accredited in the Hermann-Brain Dominance Indicator (HBDI).
