Andrew graduated from university with a passion for positive social change, which saw him work with families and children, prison inmates and the homeless community across Sydney, the U.K and North America.

Since his return to Australia, Andrew has been driving positive change within a range of organisational settings and industries. Specialising in people selection and development, Andrew has worked with companies including the Australian Bureau of Statistics, BHP Billiton, Caltex Australia, Fuji Xerox, IAG, National Australia Bank, sanofi aventis and Santos.

With Maximus, Andrew leads the Assessment and Development team which supports organisations to identify, develop and retain talent through psychometric assessment, 360-feedback, and surveys on culture and engagement.

Andrew holds a Post-Graduate degree in Psychology and is a registered Psychologist with the NSW Psychology Board. He is accredited in a wide range of psychometric assessments including OPQ, Wave and MBTI.
